Bonzai

Sunday’s visit was to the Botanical gardens in Montreal.
Not many flowers out yet, but lots of buds on the wane.
This is one of the Bonzai trees on display at the Chinese Gardens section.

Touring Old Montreal on the weekend.
This artist, Alejandro, agreed to sit for an informal portrait.
Most folks are pretty willing to have their portrait taken if you just ask.

License plate says 1937. Wikipedia confirms the vintage.

Finally made it out to the tulip display for this year. Just in time it seems as the petals are starting to fade.
